Unless EA support has changed recently as far as I'm aware the only option to contact EA HELP CENTER is still via email, there is no live chat option and the telephone option given for covid doesn't work.

If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme you can get a unique code sent to your email address and get it sorted in 5-10 minutes.

If you didn't sign into EA's email registration scheme but have the original player id number associated with your account then you can tap HELP at the bottom of the page and make out a missing content report.

Provided you can supply them with the correct player id number your gamedata will still be stored in the backup servers.

If you don't have your correct player id number or signed on to the email registration scheme your only other option is to try a reinstall and hope that applestore or google play can retrieve your gamedata.

Are you sure other options other than email are available for pvz2 players?

If you need help with a game and you select pvz2 (not origin) then you are given the option to select your device, which is either an apple or android device.

Pvz2 is a mobile device game, not PC  and doesn't have access to livechat or phone services as far as myself or any of the other regular forum members know.

By the way you also mention giving XP for helpful answers and unfortunately the ranking system is broken and I'm stuck at expert level for a couple of years.

I have tried reporting this problem on a couple of occasions but EA HELP have closed the case without fixing the problem, which is what they do if they really don't understand the problem.
