All Currencies Deleted???

I’ve been playing since pretty much launch, but after logging in today after about a half a year hiatus, all my account currencies have been reduced to 0!!! I’ve had plenty of mints, tons of paid and free gems, and hundreds of thousands of coins just wiped.

please help!!

same for me, & the support isnt helping me since no one connects to the live chats (i waited an hour & no one helped me).
