Can't watch ads for coins, diamonds, gauntlets or seeds

I'm facing the same issue since sept. Few days back i went to playstore to reinstall the game thinking the issue would be solved and i found similar complains there. Hence I have written an email reg this on sunday waiting for their reply . However before uninstalling i clicked on force sync player data. Upon doing clear all data it opened with tutorial not letting me go back. When i uninstalled and installed again that's when the original account was back.
