I've reported my missing progress over a week ago and after a first reaction asking for some screenshots it went silent! I've been playing for over 10 years and have 73 out of the 75 achievements. Mastery plants, first in the jade league almost every week. Now I have to start allover.

What annoys me the most is that EA has not responded for over 7 days now! I put money and time and effort into my account and they just don't care it seems!
