I buy lemonaid plant unlock pack and game already take my money but I still doesn't get this pack in game , its show like I never buy this pack if you don't give me the thing I buy atleast pls refund me

But it's show like this ..... will EA customer service come to help or we have to do this ourselves?! Games bugged make this mistake but we player have to find a way to fix ourselves??
