I cannot obtain my daily rewards for completing daily missions

I cannot obtain my daily rewards after playing/completing daily missions - screen shows empty from the start! This issue persists for many, many weeks. Please fix it, it is not fair to empty the daily rewards for that daily missions before a player starts to play. I play on a tablet Lenovo P12, Android.
