I lost my progression and the customer service is so bad

I logined to my account with my email on my new iPad to hope that I could have my progress continue. And now I’m stuck at beginning of the game forever.

I report this issue to the EA customer service on Jan 27th 2025, until now I got just an auto reply “we will investigate into it” and it’s done. This is such a bad customer service.

i think this is a very serious issue for all the players like me played game for several years and spent hundreds of dollars on the game. But seems like to them it’s just a customer service ticket.

i want to get my money back now! I don’t trust EA anymore
