Open the game. Press the spanner. Go to download preferences and it gives you your player ID ,take a screenshot.
Press help then fill in the form that comes up under missing content. It will create a case.
EA will get back to you via email. Don’t forget to include your screenshot of your ID
The ID of my current account or old account?
Found the phone of my old data but there a problem, it aint charging so I won't be able to get the old id

With Google Play
Well, I have to use an emulator on my laptop to play now since my current phone is not charging because the charging port is broken.

Hopefully someone on the forum will be able to help as I’m no tech expert and it’s something I’m not familiar with
@Lambsy65 Will the device matter? You said something about the player id, and never specified if it the old or new account that the id is needed of, should I try to send a support ticket and send reciepts of purchases to see if they could give me a small boost since some stuff has changed since I last played like you no longer get the keys to go to any world when you complete Ancient Egypt Level 8

Which were which player id you wanted (old or new device) and if I should go to support to see if they can give me a boost to try and get me back to where I would of been if I still had my old account?- Lambsy653 years agoSeasoned Ace
I am not employed by EA .All the people on this forum try to help with other players concerns and problems and do not appreciate your reply . No one has to respond to a post . And I certainly will not be responding again to you. Manners cost nothing.Contact EA
