In app purchases and saved data

I am having issues with in app purchases also I have had this game on my phone for a number of years playing it off and on again however I am noticing that some of my previous purchases are not on here and all the plants I had before are gone I haven't undownloaded/removed the app its been on the same phone the same account the same everthing and plants I had earned before or bought before are gone
