Penny Pursuit Still Locked After Unlock Conversation | EA Forums - 10258961

same problem with this two people. Briefly, my game restarted (my problem) right after I finished west world 16(which is the level that will unlock the access to Penny's Pursuit). Then, after I got back to my game, the game became unresponsive at the menu. 

I guess, the restart of game caused it skipped the animation or something, then game automatically assumes that I haven't finished the west world 16. But it is impossible to go back and launch the animation again. 

Only thing matters is that I cannot claim the reward of daily calendar anymore, but freeze at the menu is still pretty annoying... Are there any possible ways to fix it? (I have tried uninstall and several ways but did not help)
