Paid AD subscription not working.

I'm very passionate for this game, and a few years ago, I have lost my game's save data with all of Modern Day done. I was devastated, but I did let that slip by.

Exactly 3 hours ago, I paid R$11,00 for a 30 day no ad subscription in game. It did not deliver. And instead, it asked me to pay for it again when I checked.

I've been scammed, and instead of being warned previously, only after buying, a banner in the main menu appeared acknowledging the ads issue, yet, the button to buy it still appeared.
