Penny’s Prize Path missing content

I purchased the 99 cent pack with no issues. I’ve been charged for the 1.99 pack TWICE and EA support is refusing to re-imburse me for the in-game items even after giving proof of purchase and the double charge. All they’re doing is telling me to get a refund from google play who have already refused to give me one. They’re now saying they’ll get back to me in 72 hours for an event ending in 24. What a joke.
