After the end of the last Penny's Pursuit event, I cannot play Penny's Pursuit any more. It gets stuck on the "Dr Zomboss has escaped" screen (attached) and I cannot get out of it - get a reward and then this screen appears again. And again. And again. In a loop. I reinstalled the game twice. The issue still there. I am playing on an Android tablet. Please help.

My pvz2 crash and reset the penny's count to 12 hours so i lose the event and the reward without playing a single match. Really this game of 2010 sucks.
Not really. They said it was a bug and gave me a bonus. What is the point since I still cannot play. Tried a different device. Tried reinstalling. Installed all updates that came since then. Tried a different account - got to Penny Pursuit and could play it Ok. So the problem is only with my account (on which I have purchased stuff). Very disappointed and have not played since then as Penny Pursuit was my favourite part ☹️
Every time I click on Penny's pursuit I get this same message and no matte how many times I click to get the rewards, it won't let me play penny's pursuit. And costumer support said I should ask other players and that could not solve it - no support at all.
Anyone can help? I already all the copy paste troubleshooting that costumer support seems to send to any problem we have.
Also my favourite and they also didn't solve it for me. Lost everything just like you. To not have a solution for this is really absurd.
Do you know if there is a way of opening the worlds without having to play the world before?
Anyway, I wish we could choose who to play with and invite friends for a battle hehe

Yes I have tried all of this, as was suggested by the customer support. No luck and no support.
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @csy092 @JulianaEvan Would you be able to share the make/model of the device your using? Also Does trying a different network make a difference when you launch the game and try to progress?
I also tried on mobile Internet and it didn't work. My phone is Galaxy A20 e, is this the information you need?
