Please fix it im losing resources

It happens a lot of times and still today its an issue about this daily rewards thing. I buy the monthly thingy to get double rewards but it doesnt matter if its always getting bugged like this. I didnt get half of my rewards yesterday and now the rewards arebt claimable again.
