Trying to make a purchase of items on sale but it Always says "unable to complete purchase". I have checked everything, i already restart my phone or even turn it off and 5 minutes later turn it on, but Nothing changes. Please HELP
EA Staff (Retired)I have had this problem on and off throughout my time playing this game (2+ years). For awhile, if you entered Arena you could access the store and make purchases. Now, even THAT is not working. Disconnecting/reconnecting to wifi does not work for me, restart does not work for me.
@EA_Illium same with me. Been having this problem on and off for several months, and now it's getting worse. Haven't been able to purchase anything for at least two weeks, and have tried everything. Switching networks, wifi vs cellular, restarting, clearing the cache. Nothing works.
Please help. Unable to restore previous purchases or make new ones

none of those works! I reinstalled the game more than 5 times. And the same problem occurs 2-3 days after reinstallation and I am stuck to the same situation.
This game sucks.

Contacted ofcourse EAhelp, but it's like they don't belive. Same instruction though I'm telling them they haven't helped. One admitted that the problem was from their side and that many had this same problem. This is so horrible and makes gaming frustrating when you see all offers and seeds you want but can't buy them. Why can't they help 😢
So apparently EA has had this issue for 3 years now. I have submitted complaints, inquiries, anything to bring this to their attention. But they either don't care or their tech guys really don't know what they're doing. I've gone to the internet to see if there is a fix. But all I've found were a bunch of videos on how to manipulate the game. Which at this point I'm seriously considering, because apparently EA does not want my money.
My thoughts exactly. Why won't they just take our money? I mean being unable to make a purchase is the kind of error EA should prioritize!
