I'm having the same problem.
And also I couldn't find any icons linking accounts on the main menu. I also don't see any cloud icons linking the accounts you mentioned. I take a screenshot and post it.@K-RABBIT530 The cloud button for accessing the email register option is only available for adults, may I ask what age has you entered when you install the App?
I have the same problem and I don't know how to solve it,I had over 10,200 diamonds and 200,000 coins, for 2 days I don't have anything- How did you solve it?
@robertppsc From the second ID (the bottom ID), I can see 20 gems and 11 plants were earned, have you been selecting to start as a new player recently? If so, I fear your original progress might have been overwritten.
However, if you know you original player ID, there might be a small chance to have it recovered with the help from the advisor but please be prepared for a long wait as there seems to be many players experiencing issues.

I lost my pvz2 progress and tried to sync data, but whatever I did didn't seem to work. I found that several people managed to retrieve their accounts by contacting EA, so is it possible to contact EA?
I tried by clicking the Help Center link at the bottom of this page and got to an option page where user can chose to contact either by email or chat, so I believe it is still possible.
