I did the EA registration thing from P vs Z 2 loading page and I clicked the reload my progress button but nothing. I'm waiting now for the "up to 72 hrs" to hear back from EA but I def don't have my user ID sooo.... I'm prob screwed. I'm pissed actually....
Sorry, but without the original player id number you're screwed.
They don't tell anyone how important it is and must be kept safe if you need EA HELP as a last resort.
If you have made any purchases that you can provide proof for then they can add them to your new account but otherwise it's gone.
You're not the first and I doubt if you're going to be the last.
Oh no, I didn't know that I have to know my id number. My pvz2 suddenly turned reset I guess and I can't get it back even though I've verified my account. This happened to me twice. For the first time it happened, I thought it was my phone problem and I changed to a new phone but now I reliese that this is a game problem. It is really frustrating. Can I check my id number back? Or it is permanently disappeared?😭
If you still have pvz2 on an old device try switching it to airplane mode and check to see if it's your old account with the player id number you need.
If it is then screenshot it.
The problem is that if your account does an unexpected reset then it automatically issues a new player id number.
Unfortunately EA/popcap don't tell players how important that number is so they find out the hard way.
