I did also loose all my progress, and have absolutely no clue how to get it back.

You need to contact EA by pressing the help button. You need your player ID which you will find on down preferences. Or alternatively if you registered your email address you can do it that way. Have a look on the forum magicdaveshroom has posted on numerous threads about how to get your progress restored. Good luck
I also lost all my progress after the app update and no idea how to get back on. Could someone please advise what to do??
- @Lambsy65 All my progress is gone. And the EA help is useless.

If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.
This takes about 5 minutes.
If you have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.
Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.
If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history. I lost all my progress too. How do we get it back?

Me too. Noone does QA anymore? I did online chat and ther person said the would transfer me to mobile support but the chat ended and i was given a survey. Then taken to a page that said my case would auto close unless I clicked resume case.
This did help at least me, thank you!

I also lost all my progress INCLUDING MY PLAYER ID. The chat representative could not help me.
I lost all my progress. Not sure I will be playing anymore. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
Got an email asking for Player ID. Took a screenshot of download settings. Replied with the image. A day after I received an email from Mohd saying they restored my progress. I checked and everything is back. Got downgraded in Arena because I was away but I’m happy.😸
