Restoring account

Hello,

I would like to know how to restore my account. I have completed all the levels and had quite a lot of resources accumulated. I play the game on and off and every time I quit playing the game, I save the game and delete the app.

The next time I download the game I always have the identify conflict screen show up where I can select my previous account. This previous time I downloaded the app and all was normal.

Then there was a glitch causing the app to crash and I couldn’t access the app. So I deleted it and when I re-downloaded it the welcome screen appeared as if I was a new player and I had to go through all the introductory steps.

Afterwards when I was finally able to access the settings I couldn’t see my previous account. This was last week and I tried again today but the same thing happened. Please help
