I've lost all my trust, all my hope. I am experiencing also purchase issues - I bought three types of Bundles in the last month, I paid honestly, my money left my bank account, I have all the recipes, but I NEVER received what I paid for. I claimed, I opened cases in EA Help, I spoke on chat with some advisors who didn't do nothing but empty words... We are lost here, we are abandoned, nobody cares of us, the players.

This is happening for the regular 10 gems for completing the 8 dailies as well.
They used to, way back, reimburse players. I haven't seen them do anything for a while now.
