Version 13.0.1 Update 2026 Arena Crash

Strangely when I receive mints from Practice Mode in Arena while fighting off Dr. Zomboss last Monday, the game crashed upon earning the mints three times in a row after I clicked on the "Continue" button where the "Mints Collected" screen would appear. Then on Wednesday, when I won from the third pinata milestone to collect seed packets without pressing "Skip", it then crashed, as the game would take me to the "Seed Packets Collected" results, but it crashed (I guess this only applies to pinata milestones, not regular items like mints or coins). Is anyone else experiencing the glitch?  I play PvZ 2 on an iPad.

No matter what loadout I use to defeat the Zombot Plank Walker, the game crashes, even before sending me to the "Seed Packets Receive Results" screen. Could either one of these be the ones causing the crash or could it be the poor coding? Besides, I think I'm the only one receiving these crashes, right? The reason why I'm writing this is because I fear that it might happen at the Sakura tournament where reaching tournament milestones would be done to collect seed packets to unlock Sakura in the coming weeks and the game would crash upon collecting them. 

I stopped defeating Zomboss in Penny's Pursuit as well because it kept crashing on my iPad since December 2025 during the part where the game would take me to the "Seed Packets Results" screen (though it did not crash upon receiving coins for not defeating Zomboss). Is anyone else still experiencing that crash for collecting seed packets upon defeating Zomboss after that year? What solutions can I get in case restarting my device doesn't work (which would usually almost resolve the problem when something defective happens)?

Maybe I was the only one experiencing the glitch. Who else was?
