Pack luck bugged & game crashes when card has afterwards effect

I have been opening 10 packs in plants vs zombies heroes and the chances of getting a super rare card is 30% and for a legendary 10%. I haven’t gotten a single super rare nor legendary. Is my game bugged? And if you nibble a card that has any kind of afterwards effect, the online ranked game crashes. I’m playing on mobile iOS.
