festive digital upgrade missing

I bought the festive digital upgrade for Garden Warfare 2, expecting to get the two legendary characters, a festive customization pack, and 200,000 coins. Upon my return to the game I went to claim my items through the vending machine to my surprise I did not receive my items, so I closed out of the game, expecting to receive them after that after I launched gw2 I did not receive my items for the second time so that is the reason I am making the post if anyone has a fix for this let me know.
