Since the latest update my disc will not load on my xbox one x. It tries to load then says insert disc. I have tried reinstallig the game but still won't work. It will however work on a different console with no issues. Is this because of a bad update and what can I do to fix it please??

I would recommend trying to clean off the Disc, and clearing your MAC Address on your Xbox.
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

Do other games you have on Disk work as well?
Can you try doing a Factory Reset on your Xbox, without removing any of the games?
You can also try doing a Power Cycle by unplugging the Power Brick for a couple minutes, and plugging it back in.
Once that's done, try loading the game again and see if it works.

We have tried a power cycle and yes other discs load and work fine. It's just this one game that's just suddenly stopped.
Did you try the Factory Reset as well?
Just tried it and no, it's exactly the same 😔 the only good thing is that the network speed has improved alot 😂😂

Do you happen to have another friend or family member that might have the game, so you can try a different disk to see if it works?
I'm surprised none of this troubleshooting has worked, but other games work fine.
Also, can I ask where you bought the game from? Have you tried getting a replacement disk?

@iluminatetheskySorry I didn't see the last part of your reply...... The game was purchested from a tesco store last October by a friend as a birthday present so I can't take it back because iv had it for more than a month. Iv Never had any problems with it untill now, which is why I wasn't sure if it was an update problem....
When you did the Factory Reset, did you go to your System Settings, and make sure your Xbox is still up to date with the Firmware and everything?
