HELP! Progress is all gone on PVZ GW 2!?

Hey so i just got back into GW 2 and for some reason all of my progress is gone. I got told to relink my profile and all that jazz, as well as apparently turn my console off and on among other things...

Hi Supahsoupcanman​ , was your console account originally linked to an EA account, that you delinked? If so, I'm afraid that losing content is one of the risks 🙁 Sometimes the progress can get restored by relinking the accounts but it's not a guarantee.

    No i never delinked it. Thats what’s got me so confused. All I ever did was change my name on console and for some reason stuffs just gone all wonky.
