HELP! Progress is all gone on PVZ GW 2!?

Hey so i just got back into GW 2 and for some reason all of my progress is gone. I got told to relink my profile and all that jazz, as well as apparently turn my console off and on among other things, yet all my progress is still gone. The only thing i know of that's changed is my game name that i had to change for my own safety. I had tons of hours, cosmetics, as well as a decent chunk of the characters but now its all gone. I also dunno if its normal but for some reason it doesnt even give me the option to login to ea when it first opens. Im lost and confused and could use some help.
