This is very interesting. Does your level say "0" when you look in the player list of a Ops match? The game will always crash when trying to load the value (which is my problem right now).

This issue should not exist on console. I don't really have any way to debug the game there, so unfortunately, I can't help you. Contact support, although you might have a few issues, seeing as we still have this problem and no support is coming our way
I contacted support. This is apparently an account issue, saying that the game has been disabled. They cannot clear cloud saves, or re-enable the game, so I think it's a dead end unless the higher-ups do something
I did this 5 times and then it stopped working permanently, even if I follow it exactly, it will crash like normal
