I am having PVZ GW1 problem.

The problem is that when I enter the game it can't access the servers but it freezes. It could be because the hackers damaged and banned my account from allowing me to access the game servers GW1 advises EA to check and fix this problem.

    I have lvl 43 loaded and the nickname is PopCap, although this is not true

    In my video it also works every other time, sometimes it doesn’t work 20 times in a row.
