I just cant get my dlc locked in the sticker shop?

So ive had my main account for a while and thought “what the hell” and started fresh.

My dlc carried over however so ive tried to get it. So i go and open the sticker shop, and attempt to check my gifts. Then im stuck on the loading stickers screen for ever more.

It just doesnt work. Ive tried a lot. Examples being:

Uninstalling and Reinstalling 

Removing Dlc

Putting Dlc back

Trying on PC

Resetting my Xbox

Doing everything above in that order (apart from the PC thing)

It just hasnt worked at all. Can anybody help with this?
