Ok, I got the first part of him from the Fertilizer StickerPacks. I was wondering, will my chances to get him improve the more I fill up the "regular" stickers that you get from that pack?
Ive checked every character to see how many Accessories, Tattooes, Hats and Organics im missing. So...shouldnt he be popping up soon if im almost done?
Or what will actually happen when I have filled the "normal" stuff?
Just keep plugging away at the 35K or 40K packs, you'll eventually get him. Many millions of coins it takes to get these guys. You may strike lucky and get offered one by rux or the red community chest someday.
Well...i will eventually have all that I can get in that stickerpack...so shouldnt he be popping up by then? Or will the pack be filled with just pots and plants?
It seems like consumables do sometimes keep popping in even though you have lots of stickers left to get. I've got only around a half full sticker book, but I got the characters eventually. It just takes patience and tons on coins. I think it can smell your despair. I felt like I had better luck with the 40K packs than the 35, but that could just be luck of the draw.

Perhaps, but i don't think so. Having most or all the stickers won't increase the drop rate of a legendary in my opinion, you'll just get more consumables. The tiny chance of a legendary remains the same.
I say this because people reporting of trying to get the FF legendaries reported getting nothing but consumables many many times over once they'd gotten all of the FF customization stickers. I lucked into all the regular legendaries even though I have thousands of regular stickers I haven't gotten yet.
A few people have opined that they increased their chances by buying lots of 15K packs to get the regular stickers, but i don't think it's true. The tiny chance of a legendary sticker remains tiny no matter what stickers you already have.
You definitely have to have all the characters and variants first. Then after that, you usually get the top half. I've opened about 3-4 35k packs since and haven't received another piece. I also haven't received any pieces of the Nec rose. I have all of the characters except the Party corn, imp and citron and of course torchwood and the goat.
I have all the other characters apart from Party Citron and Im not in a hurry to get him....and then im only missing Iron Citron I belive.

Unfortunately the drop rates from the Sticker packs are based on probability and not on permutation; the different being that probability never chances your chances of getting something whereas permutation allows the chance to fluctuate based on your history with the system.
Since the Sticker Packs are pure probability you can never increase or decrease your chances of receiving a particular Sticker beyond what the system has been set at by the programming.
It makes it incredibly frustrating at time since the RNG will not acknowledge that you haven't received anything awesome for whatever amount of purchases have gone by.
I heard the best pack for character stickers was the 35k one. The more items you collect the less there will be to left open (except for potted plants and weeds), so eventually you would have to get to it. It could take a looooooong time though, you never know because it's random. Remember to check Rux every time he comes by too!
