If this is happening to you please provide the following information so we can investigate: - Platform - Persona (PSN ID, Gamertag, Origin ID) - Timestamp** For the timestamp we need a time / date and your timezone of when this last happened. Xbox OneSenorChunkyPlyon Imp and Shadow Flower Both are super elite and at level 0 and xp is being lost causing to level up backwards. All other charters that are non super elite have no problem promoting.Timestamp: 5/18/17 4 PM MST

Happened again tonight. Seems to be directly related to multiplayer games - turf warfare.Played 4 matches tonight, leveled 3 different characters both zombie and plants to level 10. Switched characters after max 10th level figured I would promote when I got back to the backyard.Got back to the backyard, looked at my gold, stars and quests that I had completed during the 4 matches. I had half of the ones I did -back in my quest log with "some" progress on them. I lost the coins and stars of course that was associated with them appearing back in my quest log.Went to promote my 4 characters who got to level 10. And what do you know all back to level 7 , 8 that I was before playing those multiplayer matches.Platform: PCPersona: Triage225Timestamp: 9:45 pm - 10:45 pm estCharacters in question, Jade Cactus, Wrestling Football player, Rock Pea...I have hundreds of hours into the game, and until last week this wasn't happening. I don't know if it was linked to the patch I don't know if it appeared immediately following that release.I already flushed my DNS, ran a tracert (ultima online tracert to ea servers 100 tests) and gave it into the technical supportIt really appears that the game isn't syncing or saving cloud data. Or if it is, its occasionally not committing data to the database, or doing some sort of rollback on the failure of the write. I don't know how it works behind the scenes that's just what it appears to me looking at the black box.

My park ranger wouldn't promote and when it finally did it sent it to Lvl 0 and now levels backwards had it had level -3 and went to -5 and then the picture I took only leveled it to 0 but the level doesn't change at all

this has happened to a lot of my characters, seems to happen more on the weekend. End up stop playing. Log in the following day and my xp is back. Its not just XP its coins and Stars. I lost everything and when it came back not sure it was all of it. the Quest board has issues too, where you do a quest and gives you stars or money, and then when you go back to the garden the quest is back.

@EA_Andy At least one reddit member was successful using your suggestion of clearing the cache on their xbone!
"Can you try clearing the cache of your console.
Turn the XBOX One off, pull the power cable out for 60 seconds and then plug back in and try to level up again to see if it now works for those characters you mentioned."
