Lost 5000 Sparks After Recycling Cards (Android)

Hi, I’m playing Plants vs. Zombies Heroes on Android. About an hour ago I recycled a large number of cards and received around 5000 sparks. Before I could spend them, the game glitched and my spark total dropped back down to the 500 I had before recycling.

 

Details:  

- Device: Android  

- Account: Google Play account (not EA/Origin)  

- Time of issue: About 1 hour ago  

- What happened: Recycled cards → sparks increased to ~5000 → game glitched → sparks reverted to 500  

- What I need: Please check my account logs and restore the missing sparks if possible.

 

Thank you for any help — this was a big loss and I’d really appreciate it.

    I had exactly the same problem about 1.5 hours ago.  Saved up for many months and bought 2 x £35.99 worth of cards.  Recycled them to give me around 32k in total.  Went to spend them and they were not there!
