New GW2 Ban Method (doesn't let you load past the title screen)

loosewheel17​ I think they would have to make an entirely new patch for this instead of doing unban waves (have they still been doing these though? ive not seen people getting unbanned recently) because how the most likely way how this ban works is that it overloads your sticker shop/currencies to the point of the game not loading past the title screen.
