Thx man!! It worked!!
here is my DxDiag as you ask please help me i tried all the steps nothing is working...
- @Jonadoe90 maybe the problem is the languadge?
I fixed mine but I didn't know exactly what I did cause I did too many things lol, try whitelisting both your origin and your pvz, click the private and public check then click ok. After that I right clicked on the origin app in my desktop and went to properties and and set it to run as a administrator. I repaired my game in origin and went to the PVZBattleforNeightborville.exe application and right clicked that and and clicked on run as a administrator. Hopefully it works but I'm still running some tests to see exactly what I did to make it work so I'll get back to you if I find out
- @justfamgaming its not working for me im trying 3 days now and nothing..please help!!!
- Search the "ATKEX_cmd.exe" on your system. (Could be under "C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA")
- Move the file to your desktop > Reboot > Test.
If that don't helps, create a new DXDiag and load it up.
Hey sorry for replying on your message. I am having the same crashing problem and been trying to fix it with all of you guys solutions.. nothing worked.. Please help me.
so here it is...
First:
- Hit Windows key and X.
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered.
- Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key and X again.
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes. >ENTER.
- Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.
Second, preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
Did you saw any differences in the behaviour after moving the file?
