Plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 losing level progress

Since around the last week, everytime i level up a characters on pvz gw2 i lose the progress of my levels earnt after returning to the backyard, cant make any progress what so ever. and when trying to join any game the game will instantly kick me out, takes many tries for it to load...anyone else with this issue?
