Plants Vs Zombies GW 1 Error

Question

Just recently purchased Plants Vs Zombies GW1 for my kids on the PS5 on the PS5 Network. They had played it a while ago on their PS4 and recently asked me to download it again. I purchased it and the game loaded but as soon as it would initiate it gave me an error and said “can’t connect EA server”. How can I fix this so my kids can play?

Hey gab171820 , have you tried restarting your router first to see if that helps? You can also try to powercycle your console, just unplug it completely for a couple of minutes. Let us know how that goes!
