[PS5] Failed to retrieve your saved data - Lost years of progress
Hi everyone,
I am reaching out because I encountered a serious issue with my PvZ GW2 account on PS5. When I launched the game today, I received the error message: "Oh no! Failed to retrieve your saved data."
I have years of progress and many unlocked characters on this account. As soon as I saw the error, I immediately closed the application to prevent any auto-save from overwriting my original data on the servers.
What I have tried so far:
1. Restoring Licenses on my PS5.
2. Downloading my latest cloud save from PS Plus.
3. Disabling Auto-Sync to protect my existing data.
Despite these steps, the game still gives the same error. It feels like a synchronization issue between my account and the EA servers.
Could a Community Manager please help me with this? I am ready to provide my account details via private message if needed. I really do not want to lose all the hard work I put into this game over the years.
