Since these issues were reported, quite a few have popped up. Long story short, the team has done just about everything they can to resolve all of the issues related to hackers, account changes, stat changes, etc.
As you know, resources for this series are virtually nonexistent at this point. Therefore, we are no longer actively looking at accounts one at a time to resolve this.
What does this mean for the community?
If you are having an issue with being hacked, you need to reach out to support and get the account resolved. Unfortunately, support cannot resolve this one when it comes to the gameplay and stats on the account. We are all aware that when this first started and was escalated, it took months to get resolved, and right now, that is just not feasible any longer.
If you encounter an issue with the game, please create a thread and be as descriptive as possible, with a thread title as specific as possible. If you see a thread already discussing the issue you have, post it there instead of creating a new thread. This will boost that thread's visibility, and if need be, we can escalate it with many players instead of just a handful.
We will continue to sport the game from a technical standpoint if we can, but any account-related issues you run into need to be handled through live support so that they can also track them.
I will clean up threads and merge those that are the same so we can get the board back in order. We all love this series and want to continue playing. We will still be around, but we still have many other boards to cover, and that also takes a lot of our time.
