PVZ Heroes - Event cards lost due to new daily rewards

Due to the new daily rewards, if you are given event tickets and thanks to that you reach 1200, not only do you NOT get that card, but the counter increases by 1, making it no longer possible to get 4 in a week. This is the second time with Garlic (last time it was Defensive End) and I had to pay the price for this bug EA support refuses to fix or compansate. I would like to get 2000 sparks back.
