PVZ Heroes - Incorrect season 90 rewards and missing Lawn Warz rewards

Hello, I finished the season at Rank 50, and after the reset I was correctly dropped 20 ranks to Rank 30. However, I only received the rewards for Rank 30 instead of the rewards for the highest rank I reached (Rank 50). On top of that, I still haven’t received my Lawn Warz rewards, even though I finished Top 1 with 756 trophies. My user name is ØreoChips

I’m attaching screenshots as proof of my final rank and trophy count. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d appreciate any help looking into this. Thanks!
