I think it is just a problem in the server. I would say just come back in a few hours and check back on it while EA solves this.
- This is aggravating. It's a Sunday nothing going on and this happens. Plus the fact I think this is the 10th epic quest for those who still need the trophy. So why no updated quest. I think they don't work weekends.

- Is it normal for EA staff to ignore these posts? A simple response to let us know this is being addressed would suffice. But I guess I should know better considering all the bs we all put with from GW1.

- 5.5 hours on and it's still broken for me.
- ApprovedAnonymous10 years agoThe server hiccuped on Thursday. One set of new quests were available at the normal 0500 central time and then a new set was available at approx 1300 central time.. ( yes I'm constantly playing this game).and now, as the original poster says, it stuck in the constantly refreshing mode
- 8.5 hours and still broken.
- Unacceptable, I have to pay to play online through my PS4 and yet we get no support. This is ludicrous not even an administrator response how is this even remotely acceptable? This is a perfect example of why gamers need to unite against Sony and Microsoft we pay through the nose for services that aren't even being supported. EA should reimbursement every player for every minute lost due to their negligence. Just fix the issue or at the very least acknowledge the fact it isn't working and that you are attempting to fix it. To leave us hanging is typical gaming industry standard and completely unacceptable. I fully expect an acknowledgment of this issue and an apology for wasting my time.

I have had enough of the typical capitalist companies taking advantage of entertainment for mere profit without true consent to the actual customers. I have been through many gaming servers and EA sure does a great job at annoying me. Communication needs to be improved for such a big company. The least they could do is acknowledge all the problems and report back to the forums where actual people tries to solve other's issues instead of sitting back doing who knows what. And of course Sony and Microsoft want to charge for online capabilities of multiplayer, they are purely blinded by money.
I could say this is a typical western large company's "actions" to these kind of problems, I have seen many other companies solve similar problems within a hour or so from the first report...
