The game deleted my account

I was playing plants vz zombies hero and I was looking through my cards cus I lost a couple online games and I was sorting my zombie cards out and I was ganna start a game and it told me to pick my username like I only just started the game so I restarted the app and it's just made me start from the very start. So all of that I've lost all my progress
