Unable to connect to EA servers for Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 on PC

I have been having problems with being able to play PVZ. Every time I load up the game, it tells me "Uh Oh, Your unable to play online due to not being connected to EA servers." I have tried to ask E...

Lanoa Since you can connect to the game using a different account, this seems to be an account-related issue. I suggest that you contact EA Help Support and ask them to check if everything is ok with your account on their end.

I think so too. I have been contacting EA Help since December 2024 and unfortunately no one helped 😔 I keep getting advice like - reset the router, etc. I feel left alone and with the feeling that the account has already been lost :(
