I have this problem since one year and I did not receive any help :(
I have been contacting EA support so many times that I even don't remember the number.
I've finally given up.
I am getting "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your network connection (...)" error message.
When I launch the game, everything seems fine at first - I see the main screen, then the matchmaking starts. After that, a blue screen appears with a 'spinning daisy,' and this process takes a long time. Then, suddenly, nothing happens, and I’m sent back to the main screen with a message saying there is no connection. It feels like the system is verifying my profile and then rejecting me. This only happens with this specific game and only with my profile. I also noticed that a lot of people on the forums are experiencing the exact same issue, so it doesn’t seem to be just me.
It doesn’t matter where I try to connect from - different computers, different network connections - the same issue happens with my account.
BTW, the game works fine on my son's account but not on my own. Everything was fine until December 2024. It seems to be an issue tied specifically to my profile on the server side rather than a hardware or software problem.
