What do you guys think about the amount of consumables we get from sticker packs?
I personally consider them to be rather scarce most of the time because of such a low drop rate, which gives us 1 single item/type almost 95% of the openings. They are too rare and therefore too valuable to be practical considering that all game modes give us the possibility to use them (pots, turrets, weeds etc). 😞
What packs are you purchasing with coins? I have oodles of consumables, so much that I don't think I need to use Minion Booster Packs for quite some time. The more expensive packs you buy, the less items you'll be getting for your coins (you're trading off value for rarity).
I was loyal to the "magic" 35k pack since the beginning.... but I occasionally end up buying the 2.5k consumable packs when I'm in urgent need
I had quite a few walkers, but very few pots/bots. You must be getting pretty lucky to have that many.

Using them against other players is really an annoyance at best.
For me, it's better to have and not need, than need and not have.
Having walkers is a necessity, especially if you have teammates that don't understand how to stand in an objective in an objective game type.
If you want consumables, buy the 2500 minion pack. Until you get all the 6900+ cosmetics, getting them from higher packs will be difficult. GW1 operated the same way.
Cosmetics before anything else. 20k packs would grant you something like a character piece or upgrade, but the remaining seven pieces were usually hats and maybe one consumable.
That's probably why. If you throw some math into it, you're getting much less consumables (and permanent unlocks) by purchasing more expensive packs. The benefit (and tradeoff) is that you're guaranteed a super rare and such.
I'll be honest, I started out buying Wonderous packs like I'm sure most others will. But as I spent my coins, I kept getting repeat uncommons. That said, I started buying only Helpful fun packs to (hopefully) eliminate all of the more common items so that the more expensive packs will yield better loot. It's a shot in the dark, but it's something worth testing in my opinion.
Back on topic, I can purchase five Helpful Fun packs for the cost of a single Wonderous pack. This gives me a total of 15 permanent unlocks, and 10 consumable cards. That's a ton of consumable items. I'm essentially decreasing my chances of getting the best items early on, in hopes that eliminating the bloat of the common cosmetics will help me finish my collection more quickly. Not to mention I have an unlimited supply of healing plants/bots, an underutilized tool that can really help you keep your vanquish streaks going!

That probably has something to do with it, but I rarely ran low in GW1, even if buying the higher costing packs. As I stated in my thread, we're feeling the pinch because there are now offense and defense consumables for both plants and zombies. In GW1, we only had pot plants and walker zombies. Now we have bots zombies and walker plants. We went from a 50% chance of getting a consumable we can use immediately to 25% chance.
I wish they'd separate the consumables. Potted Plants/Turrets and Zombies/Weeds.
ATM I've got too many of the mobile variety, and not enough of the stationaries.
