Xbox One achievements stopped tracking/unlocking

Xbox One achievements stopped tracking/unlocking. &nbsp;It's not in a "100% Done! Unlocking" state. &nbsp;This is different. &nbsp;It's almost as if the game itself doesn't have achievements. &nbsp;I should have unlocked 3 achievements and they are still showing "Locked." &nbsp;Two of the achievements were simple, invite or join another players Backyard Battleground and vanquish another player in their own Backyard Battleground. &nbsp;The other achievement was simply for completing a Zombie story mission. &nbsp;Easy stuff. &nbsp;Prior to this problem I was unlocking achievements regularly in the game with no issues. &nbsp;Here's what I've done so far to correct the problem. &nbsp;Complete power cycle the console including unplugging it from the power source (multiple times). &nbsp;Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. &nbsp;Deleted my Xbox Live profile and reinstalled it. &nbsp;To make sure it was not my XBL profile I purposely unlocked achievements in a X360 game and a different XB1 game with no problems. &nbsp;I logged into a secondary XBL profile and unlocked an achievement in PvZ:GW2 with no issues. &nbsp;I've called Xbox (1-800-4MY-XBOX) and they have said that its an EA problem, potentially with my EA Origin account. &nbsp;Please advise. &nbsp;

I should note that the "EA Origin problem" was suggested by the Xbox Live personnel. I did not buy it through EA Origin or EA Access. I pre-ordered it from the Microsoft Store on the XB1 console.

Have you tried completing the criteria of the achievements again? Have you been able to unlock any achievements since this started?

I've never heard of something being tied to an EA Account like that, especially for ones that unlock from an event.&nbsp;🤔

I have tried to unlock the same 3 achievements plus others in PvZ:GW2 and I have completed others but none have unlocked. Also, my progression on all achievements hasn't moved. Example, the complete 100 waves in Ops has been stuck at 78% since this occurred and I've played several Ops missions that would have completed that achievement today.

I have played other Xbox One games and other Xbox 360 games since this occurred and I have unlocked achievements in those games without issue. This is problem is strictly for PvZ:GW2. The only thing I have not done is completely deleted the game save file and start over. I am trying to avoid that.

I'm not the only one with this issue. &nbsp;However, I didn't have the same problem as him with the power going out. &nbsp;I had no indication of a problem. &nbsp;My attention was drawn to it when I knew I was suppose to unlock certain achievements that I was going for and they didn't unlock. &nbsp;http://answers.ea.com/t5/Bugs-Issues/achievements-not-progessing-in-pvz-garden-warfare-2/m-p/5190372#U5190372

I deleted my game save and it didn't fix the problem. When deleting your game save you are given the option of deleting from just the console or deleting it "from everywhere." I chose to delete from everywhere and it didn't fix the problem and I didn't lose my characters or games progress. So it looks like "from everywhere" isn't really from everywhere.
