When is Console editions of PvZ Replanted getting the new patches?
I was wondering when the console versions of PvZ Replanted was getting the new patches with bug fixes in them because the pc ports on steam already have these and I was wondering when console players...
Unlike Steam, the console manufactures (MS, Sony, and Nintendo), require that new updates go through an approval process before they can be sent out to players.
For example, Nintendo has employees test to make sure the new patch is safe to run and document the changes. If everything looks good, the patch gets sent to the eShop and gets installed on users' Switches. If something isn't right however, the patch gets sent back to the dev and they'll have to resubmit after fixing the issues.
Its a weird process, but hopefully we'll see the patch on consoles within the next week.
