Cancel Club Pogo Auto Pay Immediately

I have been trying for a week to cancel my auto renewal account and switch to only paying when I want to play club pogo.  I can't find the link that you say is in my account to end membership and you won't allow me to remove my credit card.  This is not acceptable!  You can charge me indefinitely by making cancellation impossible.  I have written twice about this but no one tresponds.  I want this membership canceled BEFORE you can charge me again on May 20 or I will report your chartges as fraud because that is essentially what you are doing.  I will challenge any further auto payments charged after April 20th.

    In order to make changes to your Billing and Account information go to the following:

    1. Sign in to Pogo.com
    2. Select your avatar in the top right 
    3. Select the "My Account" option > Look under the "Billing and Subscription"
    4. There you should have options for "Change Plan" and "Change Payment method"

    To confirm are you able to see these?

    Hello kellykelly599​ and thanks for reaching out. I believe I can help with a few of your concerns:

    "I have clicked on avatar and My account and billing and it shows me that I am on a yearly renewal.  It shows me Quarterly and monthly billing options but NO WHERE DOES IT STATE...CANCEL MY RENEWAL OR ACCOUNT. "

    Return back to your My Account page and scroll down to the bottom and you will see "Cancel your subscription"

    "WHEN DELETED MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THERE IS A STATEMENT FROM EA THAT "YOUR BILLING INFORMATION WILL BE SAVED FOR FUTURE PURCHASES ON POGO AND OTHER EA GAMES AND WEBSITES" 

    From the same page (My Account) select Change Payment Method and delete your credit card information. *To double check, after deleting go back to ensure it was deleted. 

    *The statement quoted from this area is when we are adding payment information, not deleting. I just removed my payment information to see where this message would appear when deleting my information.

    "I WANT ALL OF MY ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION REMOVED AND DELETED FROM ALL EA GAMES INCLUDING POGO IMMEDIATELY WITH NO STORED INFORMATION!!!" 

    Here in EA Pogo Forums they are unable to assist us with specific account issues due to being in a public forum. 

    Please take a moment to reach out to EA Help directly through their private and secure channels here > Pogo – Official EA Help support Simply log in with your Pogo credentials and take a moment to gather all of your account information for verification and security purposes.

    Request full EA Account deletion through EA’s official process. This permanently removes your Pogo.com profile, Club Pogo history, purchases, and all EA-linked data.

    As I said the change plan and change payment links are there but they do NOT offer ANY link to end membership or to stop autopay so how can this help?  You need to understand that NO WHERE in my account is there any way to stop you from taking my money automatically.
