Error Messages or Exact Wording: Issue - launched Lucky Cat Bingo today, advised by game I took 2nd Place in the Event, which included a new cat and conversion of event tokens to game tokens. Clicked on Claim Prize, message appeared stating event tokens were converted to game tokens. When I visited the Cat Haven to fetch the cat awarded from the event, I was disappointed to see the cat was not unlocked. I've won several special event cats from previous events and never had this issue.
What Level is Freezing: Not applicable.
Troubleshooting Steps Completed: Exited game and closed browser. Launched browser, opened Pogo, launched Lucky Cat Bingo. Same results as before, the prize cat was not unlocked.
