I have tried for over a week to open my gifts, and it does nothing. It's like the button is not working, I have Windows 10 and the edge browser. This is a new computer, I'm thinking my security settings may be different than my older one (also a Windows 10 with Edge). I have cleaned the cache. Please help as I would like to play the March series.

If you follow through this and other treads, dozens of people have complained about the inability to open. The stock response is "have you cleared your browser". Yes. On three different platforms but to no avail. That is compounded by the Contact Us page for POGO not working either. Does EA make the process purposefully obscure so that we'll just go away??? I am more than a little frustrated.
